This policy explains the main categories of information ZoofiAI processes when you use our website, account, WordPress connector, MCP gateway and related services.
Information you provide
- Account information such as email address and workspace details.
- WordPress site connection information and permissions you approve.
- Support messages, settings, plan choices and billing-related identifiers.
- Credentials or integration tokens only when entered through a supported secure configuration flow.
Information processed to provide ZoofiAI
- Tool requests and responses needed to perform requested WordPress actions.
- Site identifiers, URLs, WordPress metadata and content required for the action you ask ZoofiAI to perform.
- Security, audit, usage, error and diagnostic records.
- OAuth authorization and refresh-token data used to maintain authorized AI connections.
Regional pricing and IP geolocation
ZoofiAI may process the public IP address included with a request to determine the visitor's country for regional pricing and payment-method routing. This lookup is performed server-side using MaxMind GeoLite2 country data or a trusted infrastructure country header. Browser timezone and language are not used to choose billing currency. The IP-based country result may be stored with the workspace for billing and diagnostic purposes.
Visitor tracking
The ZoofiAI WordPress connector is not intended to operate as a visitor advertising or page-view tracking pixel merely because it is installed. Our own websites may still process standard server logs, security signals and essential session information.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, route requests to the correct site, enforce permissions and plan limits, process billing, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, provide support and improve reliability.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, email, database, payment and other service providers to operate ZoofiAI. Payment card details are handled by the applicable payment provider rather than stored as raw card data by ZoofiAI.
AI providers
When you connect an external AI provider, information included in the conversation or tool calls may also be processed by that AI provider under its own terms and privacy policy. Do not place secrets into ordinary AI chat messages.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate accounts, maintain security/audit records, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes and provide requested services. Retention periods can differ by data category.
Your choices
You can revoke AI connections, disconnect WordPress sites, cancel subscriptions and contact us regarding account or privacy requests. Depending on your location, applicable law may provide additional access, correction, deletion, portability or objection rights.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the service, including authenticated connections, encryption for sensitive stored values, permission checks, approval controls and audit records. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
