Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to and use of ZoofiAI websites, cloud services, WordPress connector software, APIs, MCP services, downloads, subscriptions and related features.

Important: This is the service's operating terms page. Local consumer-protection or other mandatory laws may give you rights that cannot be waived by these Terms.

1. Accounts and authorization

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your email and connected accounts secure. You may connect only WordPress sites, organizations, services and data that you are authorized to manage.

2. AI actions and your responsibility

ZoofiAI provides tools that compatible AI assistants can request. You are responsible for reviewing prompts, permissions and approval screens before allowing actions, especially changes to live sites, themes, plugins, users, payments, databases, backups or external integrations.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use ZoofiAI to gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, violate law, interfere with another service, bypass security controls, abuse third-party systems, or process content/data you do not have the right to use.

4. Third-party services

WordPress, hosting companies, AI providers, payment providers, Cloudflare, Google and other integrations are separate services with their own terms and availability. ZoofiAI is not responsible for changes, outages or restrictions imposed by third parties.

5. Plans, billing and usage

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout unless cancelled. Plan limits, included usage, site limits, AI connection limits and other entitlements are shown in the product or your dashboard. Taxes or provider fees may apply where required.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel eligible subscriptions through the customer billing portal. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

7. Software and intellectual property

ZoofiAI and its software, branding and service components are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your WordPress content and data remain yours or your licensors'. You grant ZoofiAI only the permissions reasonably necessary to provide the service you request.

8. Service changes and availability

We may improve, replace or discontinue features, integrations or limits. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Beta or preview features may change more quickly.

9. Security

You must not share passwords, secret keys or tokens in ordinary AI prompts. Use the supported connection and secret-storage mechanisms. Report suspected security issues to support@zoofiai.com.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZoofiAI is provided on an “as available” basis. You should keep appropriate backups and review high-impact changes. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where appropriate, communicated through the service.
