Common questions

Do I need a WordPress Application Password?

No. ZoofiAI uses the Connector's installation identity and signed requests. Your AI does not need your WordPress password or Application Password.

Why did ZoofiAI open a WordPress admin link?

That is the normal approval step. The link lets the logged-in WordPress administrator approve the specific AI connection.

Why is my AI asking me to sign in with email?

ZoofiAI uses email verification for customer sign-in. Enter your email and the 6-digit code sent to you.

How do I disconnect an AI?

Open your ZoofiAI Dashboard → Connected AI and revoke that authorization. You can revoke an AI without disconnecting the WordPress site itself.

My AI says it cannot connect. What should I check?

Confirm the Zoofi plugin is active, the site uses HTTPS, the MCP URL is exactly https://mcp.zoofiai.com/mcp, and complete any pending email or WordPress authorization step.
